Laura Lewin

Laura LewinLaura is a highly experienced business psychologist with over a decade’s track record helping organisations make more of their people, and helping people get more out of work.

Her work includes facilitating development in blue-chip organisations across all sectors, both in the UK and Europe. She has extensive experience of working at Board level, and her areas of expertise include strategy facilitation, one-to-one and group coaching, team development, and leadership and personal skills development.

A powerful and engaging facilitator, Laura’s approach is to help people align their mindsets and behaviours with their goals – and then energise them to deliver on their commitments. She uses fresh and original tools for bringing about change, which she combines with a practical and sensitive approach to the business contexts of her clients.

Her personal background spans sales and marketing in Unilever, as well as strategic consultancy with a technology firm in the USA. Further developing her skills as a change agent and business woman, Laura became Director of a leading London based psychology consultancy in 1998. As a result of this background, she understands the commercial challenges her clients face and is able to create pragmatic and relevant solutions to business issues.

Laura prides herself on being highly flexible and her ability to unlock the challenges that stop individuals and organisations maximising their potential. This ensures that the learning she facilitates can be sustained after she leaves. Clients say that she is great at teasing out real issues, insightful, and fun to work with.
