An experienced consultant, facilitator and Executive coach Naomi brings over 25 years of international business experience from a variety of industries across blue chip and start up organisations and an in-depth knowledge of orchestrating and implementing change from Executive, Non- Executive and consulting perspectives.

A former McKinsey consultant, Naomi’s pan-European operating experience in her Executive career is underpinned by a deep understanding of local language (fluent French, Spanish, Italian, some German) and culture. She currently works with blue chip operational boards on their individual and business goals to enable them to improve business performance and enhance their leadership capabilities.  Naomi has in-depth knowledge of defence, construction, oil and gas and professional services sectors and has worked extensively in these sectors over the last 10 years.

Her career spans a wide range of international and UK business organisations where she has a track record of achieving results in blue chip, start up, technology and consulting organisations. This experience enables her to blend her strategic consulting expertise with a practical operational approach. Able to work within complex and changing business environments, much of her consulting work focuses on helping organisations with growth strategies and change particularly within complex project or multinational environments.

An incisive and engaging facilitator, she brings practical and creative approaches to business problem solving and enjoys working with leaders on the challenges of leading organisations through change. Clients value her ability to get quickly to the core of an issue and flex to different cultures and styles, working with them in creative way to achieve the outcomes they need while challenging them to reach for their potential. With a deep personal interest in enabling business performance and transformation through embracing diversity, Naomi works with organisations and senior women to create the mind-set and culture changes that  make a difference.
