Neal Young

Neal YoungNeal is a supportive, flexible and commercially astute consultant and executive coach with over 30 years business experience, 14 years at Board level. He has been a leader in the fields of people strategy, leadership development, employee engagement and transition management .

During his career Neal has introduced many successful culture change, leadership, communication and engagement programmes and won several major national awards. These include a National Training Award and, as Group HR Director with Gala Coral, a regular place in the Sunday Times list of ‘Top 20 Best Companies’.

Neal has an MA in Strategic HR, is a Myers Briggs (MTBI) practitioner, familiar with OPQ 32, Firo-B and 360 tools, holds an Advanced ICF/EMCC accredited postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, and s a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

His areas of expertise are people strategy, business planning, employee engagement, leadership development, team building, leading and managing culture change and executive coaching.
