The background

Following the creation of a separate supply chain organisation, we coached the newly established European leadership team over a period of 2 years, enabling them to focus on the priorities of generating quick wins and then move to create the longer term strategy and people agenda to go with it.

The results

We helped the team get established: identifying goals and moving straight away to quick wins.

We enabled them to build a highly effective team dynamic and their own confidence and skills in facilitating their own multi-cultural meetings and conferences.

The bottom line is – the team got clarity about who was doing what and how they interacted. We were very clear about goals, where they were headed and how they were going to set about delivering substantial cost-savings programmes.
